Only four out of one hundred sleeping couples turned toward each other. They are often in a new relationship or partners with a need for intimacy and mutual protection.

People who sleep on their forehead are rare, considered perfectionists, and snore less. This position restricts breathing and back pain can be a frequent visitor.

Both partners are strong characters who demand a lot of space and respect the individuality of the partner. The hug of the leg is an expression of intimacy and healthy camaraderie.
5. Registration The
People who sleep stretched on their sides are gregarious, easy, sociable and easily trust each other. This position supports the relaxation of the head and neck and relieves tension in the back.
6. Zen Style
About half of all couples sleep back to back or from bottom to bottom. Both partners are strong personalities living lives that satisfy a need for space. But privacy and independence are also central.
7. The soldier
This sleeping position, also called the king’s position, reduces neck and back pain, but it does encourage snoring. Soldier sleepers are reserved but trust and set high standards.
Approximately one-third of all couples sleep in the same direction. It is believed that men have a protective instinct, while women seek protection. Exchanging means a balanced nutrition relationship.
9. Space grabber
While this person takes a lot of space for himself, the partner is pushed to the brink. Touching the upper body of the partner indicates a high degree of intimacy.
10. The fetus
The position of the fetus, also known as the position of the thinker, is a healthy form of sleep, especially for pregnant women. A pillow is recommended between the legs to relieve back strain.
11. The family
Co-sleeping reinforces the relationship and bonding of the child with their parents. It is easy to respond to sensory stimuli such as movement, touch, sound or temperature.

they sleep with the palms of their hands up. They are said to be friendly and dependable people. This sleeping position supports the posture of the spine and reduces snoring.
